Who gets checked, and why

Eligibility: 1,000+ holders and (90 days or top-3).

“Top-3 by holders” ranks traded community tokens only — stablecoins, wrapped assets, tokenized stocks, protocol tokens and airdrop-dust tokens don’t count. On the raw explorer count, dust drops lead (one has 1.62M holders and a $37k cap) and Cash Cat would rank 14th.
