How this will work, when it works
Public essentials — anyone. Archetype Atelier — pieces you can only get if your wallet actually earned that archetype (an unlock code from your Bag Room; no wallet connection). Genesis Atelier — numbered, tied to a Genesis serial, after Genesis exists. BLACK ZIP — qualification-based, extremely scarce, never manufactured to look scarce.
Garments are paid for with normal money. A future BAGCHECK token, if it ever exists, would unlock and customize — it would never be the only way to pay, and it would never change what your wallet earned. Token status.
Checking a wallet never requires a connection. If the Atelier ever needs to verify ownership of a Genesis piece, that happens only inside the shop, only optionally, and never with a token approval.
